Building and Zoning Mission Statement

The Building and Zoning Department is responsible for assuring that the building code, property maintenance code and zoning code are complied with.  The primary purpose of these codes is to protect the public safety, health and welfare.  Compliance with the zoning code and building codes provides for a quality built environment.
