Residential & Commercial Fee Schedule:
The fee for a building permit and inspection of residential construction, of new structures, alterations, additions, residential swimming pools and all other miscellaneous residential construction shall be determined by applying the following table of fee rates to the total estimated cost of construction as determined by the Building Commissioner. Permit processing, plan review and inspection charges are included in the fee rate.The standard permit processing fee, plan review fee and inspection fee are included in the total fee shown. Fees for any additional or extra inspections required including inspections or compliance with development or site plans are not shown here and will be charged at a rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each inspection.
A fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) shall be charged for the extension of a permit.
