Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission is governed by State Statute. The Commission is responsible for assuring that our land use and development ordinances appropriately reflect the perceptions and aspirations of our community. On an ongoing basis, the Commission reviews land use and development proposals. Recommendations made by the Commission to the Board of Aldermen are vitally important to maintaining and enhancing the character of Frontenac.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Room at City Hall.
