Ways and Means Committee

The Ways and Means Committee is tasked with reviewing the City’s annual budget during its preparation by the City Administrator and Finance Officer and making recommendations to balance the spending needs of the City with its projected income. The committee also assists in establishing the investment policies of the City and in determining and recommending best practices regarding the City’s accounting procedures.
The Ways & Means Committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Room at City Hall.
