What are the City of Frontenac building and land use codes?
Answer
The current City Building Codes are the 2006 International Building Code, 2006 International Residential Code, 2006 International Fire Code and the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code.
Details
The City also adopted the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code. The Frontenac Codes will be updated to the 2015 codes in the spring of 2016. The electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes are the currently adopted St. Louis County Codes. The Land Use Code in located in Chapter 405 of the Municipal Code of Frontenac.
