Frontenac is now holding hybrid Municipal Court via Webex or you may appear in person. All Defendants and attorneys on each docket will be mailed instructions on appearing via Webex.  Instructions will also be posted on the doors of City Hall on each court date.

Please review the “Your Rights in Municipal Court” prior to your court appearance.

In order to expedite Webex check-in, please email your name as it appears on your ticket/charge and your email address to court@cityoffrontenac.org.

If you simply owe fines and court costs, those may still be paid by mail to Frontenac Municipal Court at 10555 Clayton Road, Frontenac, MO 63131, or by phone at 1(877)793-7144 or credit card at www.frontenaccourtpayments.com.  If you have any questions, please contact the Frontenac Court Administrator at (314) 994-3204.

The Municipal Court of Frontenac, Missouri is a Division of the 21st Circuit Court of the State of Missouri. It is authorized by the State Constitution and created by the Charter of Frontenac, Missouri.

The Municipal Judge and Clerks of the Court are empowered to collect fines, take oaths, sign and issue subpoenas, establish and operate the Violations Bureau and perform all other duties consistent with the Municipal Code, ordinances, state law and the Missouri Supreme Court Rules of Procedure.  The Court prepares, maintains and safeguards all records, reports and documents relating to the court activities in the required manner as established by law.  

This is a court of law established to protect the rights of all citizens. If there is anything you do not understand, do not hesitate to ask questions.

This court is not conducted as a source of revenue. No part of any fine or costs goes to the Judge, the prosecutor or any police officer or any city official. The efficiency of a police officer is not determined in any way by the number of tickets he or she issues.

In traffic cases, the objective of this court is to reduce the number of accidents and injuries and to make our streets safer. Careful driving is the daily responsibility of each and every one of us.

The Municipal Court of Frontenac generally meets on the third Wednesday each month at 5:30 p.m. Court Business Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  In person payments are accepted until 4:30 p.m.  Except on the third Wednesday of each month, when Court hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and reopens at 5:00 p.m.
